I highly recommend this company. They emailed me telling when my samples arrived at the facility and again when they were being processed. Had my results 5 days sooner than expected! Thank you for making this an affordable and painless process!!

so far I am not impressed. They dont do anything themselves and have other labs test the sample and other countries on standby for customer service questions. They charge for things that I dont know what they are exactly charging for. I would be careful with this company.

I am so happy that I selected this company to perform the DNA paternity testing for my son and grandson. The kit came in the mail within two days of ordering it. Once I mailed it and it was received by the lab I received an email giving me a date that I would receive the results, and to my surprise, I received the results two days before the day they gave me!! The instructions were easy to read and understand and when I called customer service, my call was answered very quickly and my questions were answered with no problems. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I was kind of disappointed that they didn’t provide a prepaid envelope package to send the DNA samples back in, but I paid for priority mail which was only $6.00, and for the quality of service I received and the time I received the results, it was well worth that $6.00!! Thank you!!

I really enjoyed EasyDNA. It was easy to collect the samples needed, which they were able to send to me and the possible father located in two different states. I received my results in less than a week. It was great! All around good service. I will be using them again since I still do not know the identity of my father.

After giving samples a bit problem to contact to the person who can discuss over the phone over all services was satisfied.

Unfortunatly i will have to use another DNA testing company as i was not completly confident in the result. There were many unexplained gaps in the dna profile’s after doing some research i found that i am probably right in suspecting the results are untrue. Other than this cant fault the company on delivery time & return time.

They showed a lot of patience when we had difficulties getting the mother’s samples taken. The only issue we had with EasyDNA was being notified a week later that they had received the mother’s samples and documentation. Otherwise all email and phone communications were prompt clear and helpful. Results delivery was surprisingly quick.

The letter in the DNA pack said they’d let me know when the samples were received at the lab. I didn’t get any notification so I just hoped and waited. I was appreciative of the information letting me know when the test results would be available. It may be helpful to send along information on how to read the test results along with an email about the date and time the results are available. I did receive the results one day early and was surprised. I am glad that I read the instructions thoroughly before looking at the test results however I was anxious to get to the results. I would imagine that others that are anxious to know the results might bypass the instructions. In any case I was happy with the test results and find that my love and relationship with my grandson has grown because I am now certain of his paternity. Thank you Easy DNA.

The notification email of receiving swabs and the testing time frame was unexpected yet welcome and reassuring for family that we chose the right company.

I paid for two test kits and provided 2 separate addresses. After a couple of weeks ny daughter had not received hers. She checked on it and customer service told her they didn’t have her address. They got it then sent the 2nd kit out right away. I wish someone had noticed earlier and contacted one of us.

The price was within my budget range and the easy DNA web page was geared towards the user – the whole process was easy peasy. Perhaps the only recommendation I would make is to include sterile gloves in the DNA kit , coloured ones of course to suite child and father – mother

I used easyDNA so that a DNA test can confirm or deny if I was or was not the presumed father of my children. I always had doubts given that one of my children has no physical trait similar to me. Several people told me incredible stories about the possible adventures of my wife, and it made ​​me mad and sick. I found it impossible to do anything or to realize any project in my life.

I contacted easyDNA after extensive analysis of their website and the comments thereto. I made the payment and the next day I received the kit with instructions. Previously, they had been careful to confirm and explain the payment procedure via email, which attracted me right away and made me trust them. Immediately I gave the samples, and mailed them using the envelope sent by easyDNA . Once received, easyDNA informed me and also confirmed the date on which I was to receive the results.

The results arrived one day earlier than expected and to my surprise, I am the father of my children. It is a great relief because doubts rotted my daily life.

I wish to use this company just because of the reviews i have read about them and also because they are located around the world, making them more trustworthy. My first step was to go on their website yesterday but since it was down, i could not make any online order. I then decided to call the hepline to make a booking over the phone. You speak to customer who ask you the service you want, take your details and pass you over to the appropriate team. They were unable to assist me any further and said that they would call me back, which they never did. I tried on many occasion to call them again yesterday and today, but to no avail. I find the customer assistant very abrupt and unhelpful. I do not know what to do and i am surprise at the good reviews i read here. I go back on the website and it seems to be working fine now. Only problem, i am trying to order a paternity test for 1 father and two children and the price i get do not add up. 1 father and 1 child currently cost £99 and you need an extra £70 for an additional child, which should come to £169 instead of the £199 the website is calculating. I fear making the payment in case i do not get a refund, so i resort to calling the helpline again, but they are still not very customer focused or kind at assisting you to resolve any difficulties you may have. So far, i am very dissatisfied with them!

I am a grand mother who has helped care for my grandson, for 8years I was always told he was my son’s son but like anything just need clarification. I would have loved this child anyway. But so pleased that it all worked out the way I wanted it too. sandra

My only suggestion would be for pack to be sent via Track & Trace as ours went missing so delayed things a couple of weeks. Possibly an email when pack is sent with expected delivery time. I queries delivery time when a replacement pack was sent & it did arrive in that time frame.

Results came before sue date which was a very pleasant surprise. Would definitely recommend Easy DNA!

It was dome time ago but I wanted to warn others that this company has terrible customer service. I ordered a paternity test which took weeks to arrive (despite assurances that the DNA testing swabs would arrive in a few days). After emailing them to chase up the swabs they really didn’t seem to care. Wish I’d spent my money with someone else. JP
