I did the weight management and nutrition test, which determined the best diet for me for weight loss – low carb. I also know I’m
Lactose intolerant and intolerant to caffeine. I also have an increased risk of gluten sensitivity. Since making these changes I’ve lost 16kg and never felt better. You get a 1:1 consultation as well to go through your report with a nutritionist and this is brilliant as dna reports can be so confusing but this report was simple to understand and the consultation just cleared any questions I had up.
