I had to phone back several times with questions after and I found the staff to be very kind and patient with me as my news was not in my favour -much appreciated.

My case was extremely difficult (well from my point of view it was a nightmare) – the only short comings I can mention is that due to the complex nature of my case and different case numbers being generated for the two tests in the end – I had a problem trying to convey things through to the second case person (might have been a language barrier or possibly their helpdesk is based someone where other than Australia) so I had trouble trying to get my point across. Maybe where possible if the same client changes their test have the same team look after them from beginning to end? The team I had help me up until that point of having to order a second / different test were fantastic and helpful and seemed to genuinely care – I was not just another “number” they had to respond to which was very reassuring as the results are literally life changing. So it was amazing to be treated like a person not a case file number for which I am very grateful. I hope I never have to go through this again but if I do – I will come direct and I will for sure pass on this company to anyone who may need DNA results.
