Health Testing Reviews for ActX

My experience with ACTx was negative. After requesting, receiving, and immediately sending the sample kit, I didn’t heard from them for over 3 months. I called so many times, left voice messages, tried different extensions, sent emails, and when finally I got a person on the phone (Sophia Stilwell), she claimed that there was an issue with the post office and that samples were not being delivered on time. This was not true because I tracked the delivery with the tracking number from the P.O and it was delivered after 2 days. So not only they lie, they insult people’s intelligence, but ther customer service is non-existent. I was concern because it was my DNA that was missing, and who knows in whose hands. Their response, or lack of, was very frustrating and upsetting, They DO NOT care and they simply ignore your requests for information. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT try using this company; who knows what other surprises you will get once they have your credit card on file.

Ordered about a week ago but still waiting for results. Hopefully, they will arrive this week as per their stated turnaround. The experience was generally ok. Hope the test is positive. Would be nice if they communicated a little better.
