I loved that I had a professional on zoom helping me and answering any questions as we went along. Took the at home Juno Diagnostics test at 8w5d and my NIPT at my OB at 10w2d and the results matched and were correct!

I recently did a gender testing with Juno and was very satisfied with the experience! It was easy to schedule a zoom call with a Juno customer care personnel. I initially felt a bit nervous with the process but my zoom call with Anne helped me feel really comfortable and at ease completing the at-home test kit. She was very friendly and patient as she provided step by step instructions. It was very exciting to find out the gender so quickly! I highly recommend Juno when looking for a company who truly cares for their customers and provides trustworthy results.

I went for Hazel PLUS, it included the gender test and an appointment with a genetic counselor. It was much easier than the previous NIPT I took through my OB 5 years ago. I also loved that I knew exactly how much I was paying for since the first time I ended up with a $1200 out-of-pocket invoice.

I took both the Juno Birch and Juno Hazel test and loved them! If I had waited for my ultrasound to find out the gender of our baby we would have had to wait until 21 weeks but we found out at 9 weeks!

I was also advised by my doctor to take a NIPS test because of my age and was looking for a more affordable option than the ones that I was offered by my doctor and since I had such a wonderful experience with Juno for our gender test we trusted them with our NIPS. After our NIPS results came back my husband and I were walked through the results with a genetic counselor and felt so grateful that someone could explain the results to us in a way that we could understand.

I loved everything about being able to take the test at home. The video walkthrough was easy, and I got my results 3 days later.

My doctor recommended that I take an NIPT test since I am 37. The whole process was a lot easier than scheduling an appointment at the lab, and so much cheaper!

I live over 2 hours away from the closest OB, and being able to take the NIPT without driving to a lab or doctor’s office was amazing for me.
