I think was quick and sorted but was little annoyed because I got told I was getting results yesterday and I received them today because payment didn’t go threw apparently and got told they have tryed contacting me saying I never paid when I did pay when the lines were open Monday morning and didn’t get results until Thursday? Got told they tryed calling me I didn’t answer when I had no phone calls and I ring the company likes 4 times a day?

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service at homepaternity. After having issues with my mail being delivered at my po box (new mail clerk), I contacted home paternity’s customer service. I received a response immediately after they opened, which was very impressive, with a message stating they were going to send my testing kit via FedEx, which I would receive in two days. I actually received the kit the next day. The representative who handled my situation didnt question the situation and made sure I would receive my next shipment. Also, after sending the kit back, we had our results with three days after they received them, which was very fast considering we didn’t pay extra to get our results faster. Plus, the results were also very easy to understand. So, we had an overall, exceptional experience with homepaternity and I highly recommend them for anyone who wants any type of dna testing done!

We had our child through IVF and got this test to verify that they everything correct happened in the lab! Of course he looks just like me so there was no surprises that he was mine, but I liked the detailed report of all the genetic markers tested and the large numbers of markers for ddc/homepaternity compared with competitors. The only reason for a 4-star review was because the prepaid envelope was for UPS – not USPS, but that wasn‰Ûªt clear to me when buying it or on any of the paperwork in the kit. It may have been on the envelope (but I was a tired parent of a 3-day old infant and clearly didn‰Ûªt read it closely). I didn‰Ûªt realize it was through UPS until searching the website 1.5 weeks after sending it and not hearing anything for results! Ultimately I read the website FAQs which boast UPS shipping as a positive because it‰Ûªs faster than USPS (of course NOT I feel you put it in your mailbox and it gets picked up by your mail carrier). Well, long story short – it ultimately got to the lab either through USPS or by USPS dropping it off in a UPS box, but much later than expected. So – good test, but pay attention to the shipping!!!

Kit came fast! Did on a thurs, mailed off friday. Paid for the express results and got them tues! Couldn’t have been any smoother and directions were clear and simple. Peace of mind is priceless!

In my own mind, I wondered about the paternity of my son when it was discovered that my ex-wife had been unfaithful for years. A gentleman contacted my sister informing her that I was his father according to his mother. She told me so I got a home dna Kit.I used it and sent it on to him. He then sent it in. It came back 99.9998 Percent I was the father. I now have a son and grandchildren. The kit was so easy to use.

After months of arguing with my daughters dad, I was finally able to prove to him that he is the father. The test was easy to use and came VERY fast; although, I will say it took a week for the results to come in. Longer than I expected but the wait was so worth it! I love the fact I received emails updating me on my tests. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to clear the air with their child’s parent.

Here I pay for these tests, and then get told the specialist can’t tell me the results over the phone after I have given every possible part of information needed. So then I get to wait 5 days to get a letter in the mail. It was a simple yes or no. Gees

I had a need too know whether I had a child in another country. I also had a need too protect myself, accepting the child if mine, in a way that it would not financially damage me. Your process allowed me too do this. Now the child and I both are benefiting from the controlled acceptance of my responsibility.

Happy with my results because I can put my doubts to rest.. I just wish they could do show you results faster, like 48rs or so, because the wait, is VERY VERY nerve racking.. Lol.

We chose home dna for price and convince. Not one bit sorry we did excellent choice

We were a lil apprehensive about doing this test through a online service but it was quick & easy to do. Plus it was done in the privacy of your own home so I felt comfortable about it. I will definitely recommend this site to anyone.

The test instructions were very simple and it was easy to collect the samples. Send back time took a little long in my opinion and should be quicker than third class mail for the price. But once they received the samples it took a day and a half for the test to be finished which was nice.

I never got an email or text saying the test was completed but thankfully I was checking daily to see if my login worked so it wasn’t a huge deal.

Overall I am satisfied with the experience and would recommend the company to people in the future.

What I am most appreciated about is the communication. Once they received the package back, not only did they let me know they received it, they also gave me a date the result would be ready. There was no questioning if they received the package or not. The results were very easy to read and understand. I will recommend to others!
