My husband got a thought in his head that our daughter wasn’t his. He went crazy with doubt and fear and wouldn’t get close to her. I ordered the test, we did the swabs together and mailed it together like they recommended (SO HE COULDN’T DOUBT THE RESULT) and I couldn’t belive how fast the result came! One day after they got it, I got my result and finally my daughter has a father that loves her wholly without doubt. I am sorry it came to this but I am SO THANKFUL TO PATERNITY USA for their help and fast results! Definitely recommend to anyone in a similar situation. $115 covered it all and shipping was fast!

I had an issue tracking someone down to do the test so they let me switch participants at no cost! My first kit got lost with USPS and they sent me a new one and I got it in 2 days. The results came fast! I found out I have 3 sisters and a brother I never knew about! Their rapid response and quick action to correct a USPS delivery error was amazing! Highly recommend these guys!

This lab is horrible ! I had used a home kit and watched the father of my child swab his mouth and my sons. There was NO possibility anything was mixed it I watched everything go into the right envelopes and we drove down to the mailing office together. The test came back 0% and I knew it was wrong ! I called and asked how can this test be wrong the lab assured me they is no way for it to be wrong and they would do a retest. They never called me back, liked they had said they would. I had to call and find out they never retested it. The manager said she would give me a call back in a week and she finally did two weeks later and she said it was the same result. I still knew that was wrong so I had it retested at another lab in the office and that test came back 99.999999! Do not use this lab and do not do a home DNA test. I sent hours crying and not in a good place with my sons dad for weeks.

We used this company for my son’s child. I bought the test and had my son take it with who I now know is my grandchild. I can not say thank you enough for all your help, and patience. They were so rude and unprofessional . Results were delayed, and they said it was my fault. I had proof everything was done right and sent in to DNA center for processing. When I questioned them they said the results were what I deserved when all I did was ask if they did the test twice to make sure of the results. STAY AWAY

Contacting someone was a pain, had to send multiple emails to get one response, when I finally got someone on the phone he was quick to get defensive and yell at me even when he was wrong about me asking for a tracking number I asked for multiple times(which they don’t provide unless you email after you place the order). I’ll keep you updated how it goes from here. Wouldn’t recommend based on my experience, unless you like calling to check on someones every move to make sure they’re doing their job.

This was my first time to take a paternity test (which I assume it is for most people too) and although I don’t have any other place to compare them to, PaternityUSA was very kind and helpful, and my test was done like clockwork.

They ship a collection kit overnight (got it next day) swabbed our mouths, used a 2 day pre-paid envelope to get it back to them. Once they got it back they sent an email letting me know my samples were in testing. 2 days later, my result was emailed. I didn’t have any issues or complications and the results were 99.999+% very conclusive.

The process was streamlined, professional and they really know what they are doing.
