Paternity Testing Reviews for Swab Test

I have used this company 2x. The price went up a bit but the results are thorough including a complete breakdown of what part of the DNA was tested, the values of each sample, and the match percentage. Very easy to understand and it was extremely encouraging that the values for my sample were the exact same on test taken 5 yrs apart for different children. It would be impossible for my DNA to change so it lends credence to the idea that they are really running tests on the samples.

I ordered a paternity test online Sunday evening ~6:00 PM – they were closed as it was a Sunday. After learning that a schedule change from my girlfriend would have her at my house on the day the swab kit would arrive (I did not want her to know of the paternity tests I was going to have performed) I cancelled my order. This was ~12 hours later, Monday morning before swabtest opened for business). I sent an email immediately, and followed up with a phone call the moment they opened. It took the swabtest employee all of 10 seconds to cancel the order. I then had to print and fill out a form, scan it and email it back, and pay $35 for their ‘admin fee’. It struck me as very odd that one of the ‘leading genetic test companies’ was so desperate for money that they would charge such an outrageous fee.

Cheap, unprofessional. When I do order another of these tests, I will NOT use swabtest.

After receiving my D.N.A Results, i had a Few Questions for the Company, so i Contaced them Via E-Mail, to Clear up the Anomalies. I was Pleasantly Overwhelmed with the Speed and Attention i Received..I Cannot, Fault the Aftercare Service in any Way.. Pete Kadshaw

Had 2 test done 1 positive and 1 negative don’t trust this company

Horrible company had to pay extra to send back results, me and my sons father went through this company and both of us got 2 different answers smh they couldn’t explain to us why so I asked for my money back which it guarantee and they denied it said I have to cancel before testing in which it doesn’t state but lesson learned never again with this company their horrible

Before you request a test and pay be sure you will go through with it. If you change your mind the cancellation fee can be 50-100% of the cost of the test, even if you want to cancel it the next day.
