I called several times and asked a lot of questions. They were also so helpful and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. My results came back in one day as promised. My twins are not identical like I though but now we know for sure. Highly recommend this company if you want to know if your twins are identical or not.

Purchased kit and it said it was delivered October 1. It was lost or stolen so I got in contact with USPS and they told me to file claim and to also file a claim with the company. The person who we talked to through email and phone were both so rude. I understand it was not their fault that the package was lost, but they did absolutely nothing and were extremely hostile. Very disappointed.

The speed of service was amazing. Ordered test on a Thursday afternoon and had our results in Wednesday afternoon. The kit was easy to use. I’m glad I now know I have identical twin boys! Highly recommend!

My doctor’s office referred me to Journey Genetic Testing because they don’t do the testing. Everyone was so nice. Less expensive than I thought it would be. I got my results in just a couple of days. It was nice it was so easy to read so I understood it. Thank you! We have identical twins for the second time! God help us.

We were hoping to be identical but discovered we are not. Test was easy to do, price was good. We were not sure about the results so we did another test with anohter company and the results were the same. Disappointed and wish we didn’t spend more on the second test.

We wonderded all our lives is we are identical or fraternal twins. Now we know we are identical! Results came in 2 days and service was excellent. The cost was inexpensive. Wonderful service!
