A tough service to TRULY understand but Alpha bio labs took plenty of time to talk me through what ACTUALLY is involved and so we chose them and the results came through without issue

They coordinated very well and one party isn’t in the UK and they worked around it

Very impressed with the turnaround time of receiving the results. I had to contact the customer service team as my first test kit failed to arrive. A replacement was sent out promptly. The first kit arrived over 2 weeks later having been delivered to the incorrect address by Royal Mail.
