The ‘Whole Exome Sequencing’ service from Gene by Gene produces your complete exome sequence using next-generation sequencing (NGS).
Results are delivered to the customer via electronic FTP transfer and are only stored by Gene By Gene for 30-60 days.
BAM, VCF and Annotated VCF files can be provided for an extra fee.
