This company is absolutely the worst. I paid them hundreds of dollars thinking I was going to get ahead of the 3 year waiting list to get into a local geneticist and maybe get some help for debilitating pain and illnesses I’ve had for years. Boy was I wrong. Tho the processing was pretty quick I will say the program they provide u with is only for u. No way to export to a file that ur doctor could do anything with or read properly. If u want something more detailed be ready to shell out HUNDREDS more dollars for likely hardly usable curated “reports”. When I purchase I was automatically put into a monthly subscription thing that when it was 2 weeks out from expired gave me so many warning notices and nonsense trying to get me to update my payment method that I was unable to open a damn thing until I dropped my membership to free, 2 weeks before expiry lemme remind u. Now I’ve been waiting for their stupid app to repopulate my paid for results for over 5 flipping days now. Their customer service is an absolute joke. I’ve been trying to communicate with them asking very direct questions like “why is my data having to be repopulate when it was available when I had previously logged in and why is it taking so long?” and I get platitudes and contact us if u have any more questions. Like yes mfer I have questions. How about u answer the first one? I’ve escalated to management and got the same pitiful bs response. I am so mad and so disappointed. I absolutely got taken for so much money ($400 I think at this point) and I can’t even see what I paid for cuz its still working on something. Buyer beware here. Do ur research and if I had a different choice at this point I’d go with ANYONE else. Worst decision I made. I’m out lots of money, I’ve got a headache from the stress of it all and no answers to when I’ll even have access to what I paid for. This is my DNA info they r holding hostage. Makes me wonder how solid that HIPPA compliance is at this point.

I had a very bad experience with sequencing. It took almost 5 months for me to receive my whole sequencing results. Customer service gave me the run around for months. No one was knowledgeable about the ancestry and health tests offered in their apps. They also assigned me the wrong haplogroup after using my whole genome data for the genetic ancestry with haplogroup test. 23andme and ftdna had assigned me L2a1i1 while sequencing assigned me X2a1a1. When I contacted them about this issue, they constantly reassured me that I was assigned the correct haplogroup. Even retested my haplogroup again, still assigned me the same incorrect haplogroup X2a1a1. So I asked to speak with the creator of their genetic ancestry test so I could understand why were they constantly assigning me the wrong haplogroup. They became very rude with me, sent me emails threatening to delete my account from their website and also blocked me from their company’s page on facebook. I wouldn’t recommend this company to no one because they are very terrible! They shouldn’t be still in business.

The scan worked. The report was good and comprehensive.
However they bombard you with marketing emails… and the worse part is that they “upgraded for free for 30 days” our monthly subscription without our permission. So in a month they would be charging us until we noticed. Scammy.

I got this specifically for the EDS testing. First they were ot of test kids. That took a month. Then when I mailed off my kit, it did not showw as being at the lab after a month. I contacted them and lo and behold… it arrived that day. I can get a package to Austrailia in 12 days. After many months, I finally got my results. It showed me as not having EDS. I have 2 doctors diagnose me and my DNA says I do not have it? I contacted then again. They said the v3 was coming out in July and it testes more than the v2. That even though my report said I did not have EDS, it actually was not tested for. I got the v3 today and yes, it test for a LOT more. But you can not see your results unless you for the Premium membership. for $30 a month. I had to pay for the Plus Plan for $10.75 a month to even see any of my info at all. The 3v does test for me. There were pages of info for EDS but I can not see MY results because they are covered up with a box saying I have to have the Premium in order to see them. I feel like I have been strung along since Jan when I first started this and it is the end of July now. I am no further along than I was before I even got the testing. I know nothing. What a rip off. I should have done more research and found a better company to go with in the first place. I did get some reports that came with my test. They were interesting. But now I do not know if they even have all my info in them or just a basic thing just to keep me stringing along to pay the higher price. So sad
