Based only on customer service, the company still has not shared my results as they posted my results on someone else’s account and cannot figure out how to return to mine. At least that is the runaround they are telling me. Did before new year 2024 and still do not have results. No resolution in sight. Very disappointed.

paid the 419.00 and did the test and now i cant get my results..is this a scam??

Customer service is the absolute pits! Nobody picks up a phone, you must leave multiple messages not knowing if a human being is listening to them, nobody answers email. Just a complete “left in the dark” situation after you plop down $500. My company sells a $100 medical device and I would fire the customer service manager if this was how well they treated customers. The absolute worst!!!! Never again and I’m telling everyone I know to stay away. Let’s see how long they last. God awful pitiful management of this place.

One start you can’t go lower. Set up a review of a test that seemed to be completely off inview of DEXA, Coronary Calcium Scans, Blood work ups and multiple other renoun researshers tests – both blood and spit. CEO Hannah Went contacted me serval times and just before the interview and began with calling me a wrong name “Hello James” – my reply Hello Hannah – this is Jason. “Oh yeah – saw the letter “J” oh well. Actually thught this was front line staff – it was the CEO seemed unorganized and very caustic in her meeting. Work at a medical university and have amazing medical work up – means nothing to her – she has her algorithms. Realized – Hannah only has a BS from the Univeristy of Kentucky – yet she poo – poos major anti-aging researchers from Stanford and internationally respected with decades of work – discovereies and paper. Felt like I was chatting with a sorority gal. agressive and stupid and not wililng to consider anything but her little test. Looks like she could manipulate the tests as it is just here lab to get you to take more tests. Not impressed.

I’m amazed by the direction we are heading with home testing!! I’ve got the kit with all the instructions. It is easy to register and provide a sample. The kit has everything one needs to poke a finger and soak a piece of paper, wait to dry, and send via USPS. Instead of going to a Lab and having to draw blood.
I purchased a second test when I bought Rejuvant supplement on rejuvant.com
I’m waiting for my results. Exiting!! I would recommend TruDiagnostics.

Save your money. This company does not return calls or answer questions regarding your test results. I’ve had three appointments with Andrew and have yet to talk to anyone from that company. It’s a possible scam.
