Immigration DNA Testing Reviews for DNA Diagnostics Center

I am worried about the lack of communication from DNA Diagnostics. We paid for 3 DNA tests and I keep having to make an international call to them to follow up on my test kits that had to be sent to two different embassies. They never reply to emails. Hope I am not throwing money away

Time frame adhered to by DDC

I have ordered DNA Testing for immigration purposes for my daughter with DNA Diagnostics. They sent me the result and they were supposed to send it to the U.S.embassy abroad for a Visa to be process. It’s has been 7 Months since, the embassy has not received the result yet.

This is the most unethical lab ever, and please DO NOT USE THIS LAB FOR IMMIGRATION PURPOSE, AND IF YOU GET A SWEET TONGUE TALKING CONSULTANT NAMED Tyler Flaig, DO NOT DO ANY TRANSACTION WITH HIM. HE’S VERY INCOMPETENT GUY

We can’t thank DDC enough for everything they did with such a difficult case! This was the second company we used for support with my sister and DDC totally exceeded expectations. Five stars and special mention!

well at the beginning things were good but its took 2months for everything to be completed and when I did call I was told different things and if it wasn’t for me to keep calling and trying to figure out why it was taking so long id be waiting still, but we got the results took longer than expected they just need to call their customers and check on them that would make the experience much better, and more smoothly but overall satisfied

Why theres no email remind me the tracking number for mail copy? I have to check my mail box everyday.

My experience overall it was great! They put my worries to rest and I will ever be grateful for that. The only complaint that I have is that there needs to be more customer service reps to speak to concerning expediting test results. I tried to call multiple times before we had our results to get them expedited and couldn’t seem to get a representative until after they had already been received. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their service .
