Ordered test on the 27th June 2020 was told 7 to 10 day. still waiting 23 july 2020.i call the company and a lady answered and could not tell me why its not arrived only to try and get me to order another one what a joke!!!!!!and to download the refund form well that’s a joke aswell….very poor service

Ordered test kit for different set and was on my door step two day later….stay was from Genetrack biolabs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got my results back, it is true it takes a bit to get the kit but most of the companies take the same time. Got my results in a week which I considering is a decent time.

I’d definitely recommend this company, ordered the private kit and it was very easy to use. Got my results in about 1 week after I sent the samples back to the lab. I’m happy with the service, didn’t have any problem with them.

The order process was very efficient and the kit was at my house within 3 days after ordering. The customer support team was very efficient at answering my questions. Results were in my inbox within 48 hours. I am very happy with the results!

I’m surprised I’ve seen some bad comments about his company, my experience worked out pretty well. The kit took a bit longer (aprox. 2 weeks) but other than that everything was fine. Their customer service agents are kind and answered all my questions. I am happy with their job.

Ordered my kit online, took a little time to arrive but producing a sample was very simple and fast. I had the results in about one week. The customer service was quite good. I would recommend this laboratory, it is reliable and certified.

I did well choosing this laboratory, I am very satisfied with the service. It gave me peace of mind knowing that they are an accredited lab. The results did take a little time, about one and a half weeks, but apart from that, they were always answering my questions and helping me with whatever I needed. I would recommend the Genetrack Biolabs service without any doubt.

This is my biggest failure in online order EVER. I regret the experience overall. I order the kit from what seem an Indonesian website of Genetrack and was informed from the website of the fee in IDR. However, when I make the purchase, my bank immediately send me the price and it was in CAD, and the difference between the amount in IDR and the amount charged( which I didn’t aware of and agree) is around $30. I e-mailed them asking about “whether they charge me in IDR or CAD”, many2 times.

But they always answer the same thing over and over.

”We have checked for you and can confirm that only RP 4,275,830 was charged to your card.”

Or “The exchange rate is different regarding each bank or credit card company. Please consult with your bank/credit card company to determine the currency exchange rate for the RP 4,275,830 transaction.”

I mean, if you charge me in IDR, why would I need to check the rate for IDR and CAD?

I keep asking with such simple phrase yet they always answer the same answer over and over again

Then about the shipping

They claimed it will take 7-10 regular days for the shipment but, until now which is 11th day, I haven’t received the package, and I repeatedly asking for the tracking number and their answer was always

“ All orders, regardless of location are directed to the main testing facility in Vancouver Canada.”

I mean, does the questions and the answers match? Even a kid would know that the answer is unrelatable.

I kept asking and asking yet they gave similar answer again and again

Worst customer service ever. I feel like I am talking to a robot. Even a small local company in Indonesia have a better service and they would provide us the tracking number when we inquire them.

Now I can only hope the kit would arrive and this company is not a scammer.

If you are located in Indonesia and would like to buy DNA test kit, save your money and look for other option.

These people are very incompetent and rude. They have no idea what they are doing. They lost my information and lost my DNA! They didn’t even apologise ! They have not even given me a refund – I think this company is a SCAM – take my advice and go elsewhere or you will lose your money.

Took two weeks to get the kit when I was told I would get it in a matter of days. Disgusting.

I was looking for a reputable provider for a DNA paternity test in the UK, and the Genetrack Biolabs site seemed very informative and the price for a ‘peace of mind’ test was pretty similar to what I’d seen elsewhere, at £99. However I was keen to use a company based in the UK and it wasn’t clear to me if they were. Prices were quoted in GBP and they use a .co.uk web address, but I saw the review on DNAtestingchoice which mentioned Canada and long shipping times. So I checked the ‘shipping’ page on Genetrack Biolabs but was none the wiser, then checked their returns policy – they say that they will charge a £35 cancellation fee if you cancel before the kit is shipped out, and on the same page say that there is a $200 non-refundable deposit for legal paternity tests. Having prices in two different currencies on the UK page kind of eroded my trust, so I chose to go with another provider.

I paid for my Paternity test 29.1.15, postage time was supposed to be 7-10 days it took 17 days to arrive to me. Both parties posted the samples back to Genetrack Biolab on the same day. My alleged fathers sample reached the service on the 24.2.15, mine still hasn’t arrived so I’ve had to pay for another sample to be sent to me, which was posted by express on the 10.2.15 and supposed to be 2-3 business days and still hasn’t arrived. All in all I would highly recommend anyone to NOT deal with this company. It,s now 14.3.15 and Ill be lucky if I even get results this month. For. starters I thought it was an Australian company until I actually phoned them and was advised that they are a Canadian company and the test would be done in Canada. I have phoned this business on a daily basis only to be stuffed around. This is supposed to be the a very exciting time of my life but its been a complete nightmare..

Sorry, not for this customer!

Roughly a month ago I tracked down the man that my mum always maintained was my father, so we got together, had a good talk, and stayed in touch after that. We decided to do a DNA paternity test, and chose Genetrack Biolabs to do it with.

The results came back yesterday and they say he is not my father.
I feel absolutely heartbroken, and although I don’t want to clutch at straws I am planning on taking another test with another company, which is why I’ve arrived at this site. I look incredibly similar to him and our mannerisms are almost identical, so I want to be doubly sure.

I ordered a PRIVATE paternity test (1 father, 1 child) from Genetrack, though an Australian website to find out, when the package arrived, that it was in fact from Canada. I didn’t appreciate the misleading advertising & now note that they have had a ruling against then in the UK for precisely this same style of advertising.

I was also dismayed to find the supposed “private” paternity test arrived with Genetrack Biolabs Canada plastered all over it, which has led to a very awkward conversation with the wife, who was home to receive the parcel.

I’ll continue with the tests as I’ve paid out good money but I do not appreciate being misled and their definition of “private” leaves a lot to be desired.

I’ll post a further review re the testing service once complete. I do hope that’s a better experience.

Ordered the kit for father and child, after 2 weeks kits didn’t even arrive, avoid this company, I have since had my money back from the credit card company and ordered from another company.

I chose Genetrack Biolabs for Paternity Testing because of their cost competitiveness. It was the lowest that I found. Ideally I would personally prefer a lab based within the UK but when I called them they were really helpful and I went ahead with the purchase process for a paternity test based on one father and one child.

My testing pack arrived in the post well within the delivery period, but had the Genetrack Biolab name (and purpose) emblazoned on the front of the envelope for postman and sundry to see; there was no mistaking who the package was from so I’d recommend they change this.

Genetrack Biolabs is based in Canada so our samples were mailed abroad but I got the results without any problems. The personal service was top-class and I found it a good experience.
