Paternity Depot is a scam!!!!!
I ordered this sometime last year February, 2 months went by and no test was delivered, a year has gone by and no test delivered. I tried to reach out to this organization via email numerous times to ask them what has happened to my order and they didn’t bother replying.

I eventually contacted my fraud department at my bank and was refunded my money.

1 star…yeah right. I’d close this place down given the choice.

I order the kit since September 28 and we are now on October 16, and they still haven’t got the results yet. There excuse is covid and holidays.. I learn my lesson look into reviews before ordering from any company.. people do not let them fool you with this get results within 5 day’s.. Please do your research before ordering from here..

Don’t trust there results and The customer service very ignorant and couldn’t even explain anything to me so had to go to different company and got right results and there have been several other people do the same and got different results to ,they say there an award winning company maybe award winning for false results and they say if you have 50%results different then they say we’ll chat unbelievable so if there saying that they must have doubts themselves or its happens way to often ,make sure you get a company that has good reviews I made the mistake of taking the company word and they told me they were in top ten bullshit and on order to send this I have to give a rating and they don’t have zero in

I am not deterred by the bad apples in the bunch. I got my results in record time even tho I made a mistake and forgot to include the consent sheet and had to send it separately. I have peace of mind about my grandchild for a fraction of the cost. Staff was nothing but nice to me especially the Canada office!

Researched different DNA test cost being one of them and the paternity depot kept popping up so after seeing the price and that it’s suppose to be 99.9% accurate so I was very happy to read that so I figured it was a great choice so I paid for the test got the kit collected the sample, well almost a month went by I kept calling finally got into with someone who said they sent me a letter through my email over a week ago mind you I never got so I went and checked to find out that they had just sent it as I was checking it so reading it said it was inconclusive and couldn’t take a accurate reading bc I had put it in plastic which I was never told not to so they said I had to redo it which was horrible putting them through it again now its going on almost 5 weeks and haven’t heard nothing it’s been a emotional rollercoaster waiting for the results, I called today and the lady told me the guy who does it isn’t in until tomorrow morning so now to wait again I just hope that we receive the results soon we just hope that this inst a flimflam scam and it’s accurate so no more people lives can be affected and this part of our lives can be done & over and we can go on with our lives without anymore contact from HIM anymore, once we have the results, & we’ll finally know the truth, just worried that it will be like the last time around & be put threw this again just don’t think we can emotionally handle it again we just want what they said and guaranteed us they could do for us, so then we could leave a positive review so other ppl stop doubting this company hopefully tomorrow we’ll know,

I was nervous in the beginning after paying such a low price and reading negative reviews.

Ordered my test 6 days prior to receiving it. Got it done sent it off the very next day. On my child’s father end they never received his. He called and they told him to resend more swabs and which he did. Almost two weeks go by and still waiting for them to get his samples. I’m very pissed and starting to think this is a joke. Do not waste your money on these piss poor companies when in a situation such as this. It’s definitely not fair to the child! And I would love a refund!

Because of the incorrect results that we received, from a company that claims it’s tests are 99.99% accurate and is tested in local labs and then sent away to Canada, my child has suffered more than 15 of her very first months fatherless.
Being a single mum, I struggle financially so was delighted when I saw how affordable this test was. It was only after I purchased the test that I saw the awful reviews. I received the results (after a remarkable amount of time) and saw that they were negative, which was obviously very confusing to me as I knew this to be impossible. My daughters father, then in Canada, was uncontactable after this.
When I recently heard his mother came back to England I asked her to carry out a grandparent dna test with a well researched and more expensive company, only to find out that he is in fact my daughters father. We are now left trying to pick up the pieces.
Throughout this process I had different queries and complaints which were completely ignored or rudely dealt with. I have just been told they ‘don’t deal with complaints or refunds just because the client do not like it’.
I know they are inexpensive but please, please wait another month, save up a little extra money and find a effective service because this company unapologetically have the potential to ruin lives. If I only stop at least one family from this unnecessary trauma then I will be glad. As I read in another review: AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

They don’t have a address. Lady was very rude seen the reviews on this place and I’m very scared about the results I received from them.

Paternity depot uses a company called viaguard accu-metrics to do the lab work which is not BBB accredited and has horrible scam reviews , There website is always down for maintenance and it does not take only 5 business days . I ordered a test kit . They claimed it took 10 business days just to receive the kit back in the mail from GA to NY , Then an additional 5 business days for the results . Don’t use any company that uses Accu Metrics . Waited the time frame indicated still no update as of 17 business days . The kit was mailed 4/22/18 back to them .

I recently called in to question why they needed an extra 3-5 business days to finish getting my test results…Sh basically yelled at me and told me if I wanted a false result she can lie to me and give them to me or I could just wait the additional time…Once we get our results I will never do business with these jerks again…and I will definitely not recommend them either!! Horrible customer service!!!

GOT THE KIT, SENT THE SWABS, REGISTERED, WAITED, WAITED, WAITED, GOT AN EMAIL TELLING ME NOT TO BOTHER ASKING WHY THE RESULTS ARE SO LATE, JUST WAIT FOR THEM. FINALLY GOT AN EMAIL SAYING RESULTS ARE READY AND TO REGISTER! SENT EMAIL TELLING THEM I’M ALREADY REGISTERED, CHECK YOUR RECORDS. LOOKS LIKE A REALLY HALF-ASSED OPERATION…..

I’m very impressed! This company has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with from the moment I picked up the phone. I ordered a paternity kit and it was shipped to me after 3 business days. The test was simple and discreet, very easy to take. The results were available after 5 days and I can finally sleep better knowing the truth. I also saved over $100 compared to other companies! Thank you paternity depot, I strongly recommend their services to everyone

I ordered this, then I read reviews so I done another one with a more known company. Both came back with the same readings. It’s a cheaper alternative than the others. People saying they don’t believe it’s accurate, I’ve found it has been. They might be hard to contact but I’ve not had any need to contact them. Their results portal is easy enough to use. I also paid for the express postage and it came quickly and Royal Mail signed for. good value for money

Sent in a home kit that we provided, so we didn’t have to wait on them to send the kit. The samples were signed for, and then I received an email stating my credit card info was incorrect as there was a number missing. There wasn’t, everyone knows an AmEx card has one less number. Anyway, I called two minutes after receiving the email and they charged me before the phone call ended. Mind you, they had already had my swabs for a few days now before stating online that they were received… No big deal. Now the promised 3-5 days for testing… 5 business days later we get an “update” on our portal stating that it’s going to be taking another 48-72 hours for “alternative testing”… Why? How? So, I emailed my complaints and questions, as my partner is a marine, and we chose this company based on their promised time of results and their prices. The response to my email was completely degrading, and stated I hadn’t paid yet, so I can take my business elsewhere. (Terrible customer service). I responded letting them know that they had, in fact, taken payment out over a week before as of today’s date, and that my marine would be being sent overseas today, so another swab wasn’t going to be possible. We aren’t married yet, so the military requires a test to be done. I’m very upset with their attitude and service.

I called to ask a few questions regarding my purchasing their product. Woman who answered the phone said that she couldn’t hear me so I started talking slowly and then she just hung up the phone. I called a total of 3 times and she hung up the phone. I called again and then her husband answered the phone. Needless to say I was shocked and amazed that she even had a job with her bad attitude. I wanted to speak to a supervisor but then I realized when I asked her to speak to her supervisor that she was running the show. My advice, I know that their services are cheap, which means you get what you pay for. Look for another company I saw one at the top of the page . It may cost $20-$30 more but it so worth it because these people seem careless and uncompassionate. If the people who are running this website have any of their company owners information. Please email it to me. I am sure that they answer to someone and that someone would want to know how they are handling their business. DONT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THEM!!!!

Ordered a paternity test kit with Paternity depot and everything went smoothly. The kit arrived within 2-3 days and instructions were very easy to follow. Results were sent to me within a week’s time. Customer service was great as I called in to place the order. So happy I know the results now!

I was very nervous of this company after reading reviews but I have personally had a very good experience. The test was sent to me within 2 days and it was in a discreet envelope. After sending off I had an email notifying me when the samples were at the DNA laboratory within the timescales promised. I received the result within 4 days then. This company does have a longer turn around time than others and that is probably reflected in the price and the website and documentation explains this. I also emailed a couple of general questions at the start of the process and these were responded to within a couple of hours.
