The Genebase website says “Most medical and traits tests are completed within 5 to 7 business days from the date that the samples are received by the laboratory.” It is taking far longer for the test I ordered. I have twice submitted support tickets asking why my test is still listed as “pending”, only to receive no response at all after several days. Only use this company if you want your test to vanish into a black hole.
