I would NOT recommend Easy DNA at all.

Dog Allergy Test
I would not recommend Easy DNA at all. I used them for allergy testing for my dog, and didn’t receive results for 4 months. My husband, and I contact them 6 times, and were given the run around with no help. Finally when I requested my money be returned they contacted the lab. Miraculously I received the results that day with a note at the bottom that they were completed that day. East DNA continued to blame us stating we didn’t register on an entirely different website(which was not mentioned, or included in any instructions) in order to receive results. Never an apology. Never did anyone try to assist us. Never would I recommend this company to anyone. Horrible customer service, and do not trust the results.

Brought a rescue dog back to our home where she gave birth to her puppies – we wanted to know more about the Mum, what her mixes were. Ordered the kit from Easy and the results came a week later – quick turnaround. Greyhound is the Mum’s main breed and although we’re yet to name her this will help! Very helpful company and I would recommend it.

Only problem I had was ordring multiple kits for 4 dogs. But when I emailed back the staff replied very quickly. It would have good if the rwult could have suggested the parent mix but on the whole I found EASYDNA very good
