I can’t recommend this company at all. I ordered a kit on a Monday. I called to find out why I hadn’t received a tracking # on Friday. They couldn’t find my order, even though they had already charged me $975. They told me I would have to call back the following Monday b/c all the phones were down between FL and the UK. I called on Monday only to be told they still couldn’t find my order, but would find it after I emailed them a copy of the order. They said they would call me the following day on Tuesday and let me know when I would receive it. I called back on Tuesday since they didn’t bother to call and was told it was being shipped out USPS Priority but they didn’t have a tracking # for me. Just rest assured it would be here by Friday. So basically I’m 8 days into this and have no good feeling that I will receive the item any time soon. Sorry for my skepticism, but I don’t trust this company as far as I can throw them. It’s a real joke.

I took part in the prenatal test which I found quite nerving in case they had any problems. With it being a lot of money they reassured me throughout and the process couldn’t have gone smoother. It was worth every penny with realistic timeframes and also being the only business in the country to do it in the UK makes them a unique business and rightly so. I would recommend Alphabiolabs to anybody reading this!!

We had a mix up with our test due to the blood sample collector sending the results to the incorrect address. So we had to re do the test. Which then caused to us to have to wait an extra week. When I called to check on the 2nd test the lady advised me that she couldn’t give me a an exact time for results due to sending the test to America. I was very upset as I did not know the tests were sent to America and performed by DDC. After looking into this and into DDC further I was happy and did receive my results in around a week but it still stressed me out that I was not aware of this. I was refunded for the express service straight away. I now see that on the 19th April there was an article released advising the test has launched in house in the lab in Warrington so looks like we had just missed this coming into place. So quite a few mistakes made but they did sort them in the end.

The lady was really nice and made me feel at ease.
