I ordered this test on behalf of my son. The woman who is pregnant told him there was a 50/50 chance he was the father and neither of them could afford to get the test done. My son was experiencing severe anxiety so I believe it has helped him to know with certainty and he can now plan for the future which of course now includes a child. Easy dna has been very good at keeping us informed and with speedy results.

Staying in SA and having to import the test tubes/containers and export them back to your lab, I was worried about all the transport arrangements, but everything was so well organised and everything went very well.

This is such a process (coming to think about it) , But simplified by Easy DNA’s processes. I’m still amazed by the service I received.
I was also worried about the payment method to be used, but again, that was one of the easiest steps ever!!
I’m really impressed ! and above all satisfied with the kind of service provided.

I chose easy DNA i realised they had a branch in capetown and after comfirming that they work with DDC which everyone recommends as a reliable and a provider of accurate results.

Overall satisfied with provided services. The results delivered on time. Nevertheless some delays in responses by email in French.

The only real issue I had was with the courier service but that it wasn’t Easy DNA’s fault
