Where to start? At first was a little confusion but Paul dealt with this and since that been great!
They did 2 test for us (there was 3 of us) to confirm if we was half siblings.
The result came back a defo match for myself and my sister which we are over the moon with.
The test for the alleged brother came back inconclusive with a very lowresult.
My self and my sister both have rang,emailed and even live chat this company on numerous times and eaxh time have been fantastic with us. Nothing or no questions was ever too much trouble!!

I didn’t write this review until I rang Paul personally and thanked him.
They have been amazing and would defo recommend them.

Can’t put into words how grateful I am to this company.
I sent swabs in to be tested against my alleged half brother and alleged half sister.
Although my alleged half brothers results came back inconclusive with a very low marker score my sisters came back confirming that she is my sister

I ordered a sibling test from Alphabiolabs but to my dismay I was informed the next day that the result is inconclusive.
I was upset but then Kim in customer services told me they have a refund guarantee so I got my money back. I was delighted as I did not lose any money, they really do put customer services first.

Courteous customer service. I explained my circumstances and they went through the options. I was misinformed about when I would receive my results, but this was dealt with and I was issued with an apology and results were sent out earlier the following day.

they claim to be 100% accurate then gave us incorrect results, then when we approached them they just sent us a load of science to baffle us, they did not even apologise, they have caused months of mental pain in our family, they are a disgusting company, i would not waste your money with them

I performed a DNA test with Alpha bio labs to find out if myself and my sister were really siblings. As we do not look a-like there has been some discussion within my family about this for years. Now with Alpha Bio labs help we know for sure. It’s a shame my father was not alive to see this. I’m really happy and cannot recommend this laboratory enough.

They were very helpful with me as I wasnt 100% sure what the results meant when I receieved them via email. They managed to get me in touch with their head of DNA as promised and he told me more about the sibling test as I wasnt sure about what the difference in results would be for half sibling or full sibling results for me and my brother. This made the process a whole lot simpler and I think the service was worth every penny.
