The process was easy. I called for a kit to be sent to my home. It was received within a few days. We did the cheek swab and it was simple to perform and the packet included envelopes for the separate swabs. What was confusing was whether to send in an extra $10 for receiving results in the mail. I paid the $10 but it really wasn’t necessary when you could access and print the results online. The $10 paid for one sheet of paper showing genetic markers but nothing in addition to help explain the form. The service is very basic and straight to the point. I am puzzled as to why it is $150 per person but this was the most reasonably priced compared to other diagnostic labs.
