took roughly 2 days to reach someone multiple calls . it seems that call centres answer there calls and to reach a consultant was painful . when I did finally reach someone with knowledge of services they told me my test was going to new mexico and that lab was no longer there it was in ohio .why would you send out pre addressed envelopes for new Mexico when the lab is no longer there and in ohio . so paying extra for express post is useless when it does a lap around usa before getting to actual lab .so I payed for next day results to speed up the process told me 100 bucks when I went to pay with mastercard it was 180 bucks . ask why the jump up in price from originally discussed she said oh I guess I can do a 100 instead of 180 a little shady if ya ask me. hopefully the rest of the process goes a little smoother and the test is accurate

I was informed that the results would be with me the following week after hand delivering the test as it was over the Christmas period but to my surprise I logged onto my emails and saw a link to the results page on Christmas eve and there they where.
