First kit never arrived. Contacted them and told to wait 14
days. Contacted again via chat. Was told it had been delivered. Had to email to say exactly what I said on chat. Another kit sent. Never arrived. Again via chat was told it had arrived. Then had to email again with details to be told it had arrived. If not go and ask neighbours and go to local post sorting office. Very bad service. Chat staff missed customer services training. Got my money back.
