It was easy and results came back quick!

All I can say is absolutely amazing service! Stephen from Alpha biolabs replied to all my emails right away up until the very last email. Performing a DNA test from 2 seperate countries while trying to follow strict legal protocols can be a very daunting task, however Alpha Biolabs made this process a breeze. They organized everything from the delivery and collection of the couriers, to sending out a certified sample collector and making sure the DNA kit had all the essential paperwork requirements needed. Their prices are also very reasonable and what I liked is it was 1 set package cost, no hidden costs at all. The results are presented back very professionally and a clear explanation is given as to how results are achieved. I just cannot thank you enough for your remarkable service and I will definitely be recommending you to anyone ever needing a DNA test done.

Just to say – I asked for two quotes, one from Alpha and one from another firm. They have yet to get back to me – Alpha’s fast service has been great and their assistance has been very helpful indeed.

Dealing with Alphabiolabs is a pleasure. They have a very good website which makes requesting a quotation very quick and easy. Written quotations are then provided in a timely manner. Their sample collecting service is very useful and efficient. The sample collectors are also friendly and do their best to accommodate any last minute changes. For example we recently had a client who was supposed to attend our office to meet the sample collector but he (the client) had mixed up the time of the appointment. The sample collector ascertained where the client was and made arrangements to meet him at a different location.

Their written reports are provided in the timescales that are promised and the reports are clear and well written. Their services are also competitively priced.

Whenever I have phoned Alphabiolabs the staff are always professional, friendly and helpful.

This company is not organised for time-dependent, international testing.

They “forgot” to courier our swab kit for 2 weeks, with the result that the test for our newborn was delayed by 8 days. Although very apologetic, they did nothing to expedite the testing of the late delivered swabs or the results. When the results were finally received it was in a format inadmissible for UK immigration and had to be reissued.

All in all, we lost a minimum of 10 days as a result of their errors and indifference.

There is more than enough to deal with when you have a new baby and are scrabbling around trying to prepare the copious paperwork required for UK immigration. Spending hours chasing a lab in the UK shouldn’t be on the list of priorities.

Trying to extract a refund for their woeful performance was equally time consuming and frustrating. They quickly agreed that one needed to be made, but it took 6 weeks to finalise and went no distance to covering the additional cost of accommodation incurred as a result of their errors.

One star for getting the result right.

If there’s ever a time that I’ve needed good customer service it’s now! and Alpha Biolabs have been brilliant!

I chose Alpha Biolabs because of price – their response to my enquiry was excellent and it was extremely easy to register my case.

Thank you very much Alpha team, it is a relief, as I was worried due to the present situation of Islamabad.

I have had the worst experience I could imagine with AlphaBioLabs. I live in Australia and I was applying for my British Citizenship by descent of the mother and AlphaBioLabs was recommended as one of the testing firms used by the UK Home Office.

*I was quoted a 2 weeks turn around (ETA)
*The package was seized by customs and Alpha didn’t seem to know how to deal with this
*I spent a week trying to contact them urgently leaving messages and not having my calls returned
*They finally managed to get it released and the package finally arrived I was charged an extra £40 for the privilege of the delay
*All in all it took three weeks to get everything done, sent back and get the results
*Alpha were supposed to send my positive DNA results to the UK Home Office and despite repeatedly being assured by them that this had been done I found out THREE WEEKS LATER (six weeks since my first contact – remember the ETA of 2 weeks?) that they hadn’t sent through my results and my application was LITERALLY 48 hours away from being rejected and by pure chance I only found out about this!
*Finally they managed to send through the results and when I called them to outline my dissatisfaction their staff member started crying on the phone and made me feel really bad
* I finally managed to get them to receive a written complaint from me where they did an ‘investigation’ and ‘resolution’ and despite admitting to wrong doing and much pain and stress caused to me they offered some paltry recompense and invited me to respond to them if I wasn’t happy
* I found their ‘resolution’ was based on a number of errors and seemed to be put together as a vague customer relations requirement with no real substance or good will to it
* I requested some further information from them which I was promised I would receive and nearly three weeks later they are just ignoring me now which is just arrogant and totally unprofessional considering what they put me through and for your benefit I have skimmed over the MONUMENTAL number of repeated and consistent failures that I was forced to endure..

Over two and half months since my initial contact with them I am flabbergasted they are allowed to run their business like this.

It’s all about the money with little to no customer care.

I cannot submit this review unless I rate them at least 1 star but in reality I cannot even rate them AT ALL.
