I used this company initially as it was the most reasonably priced coming in under £100 compared to many i have seen starting at £150+ i simply couldnt afford those. Hopefully i wont ever need a DNA test ever again but if i did i would definitely return to these. From the moment they recieved the swaps to the day returning the results ( A fair few days before expected!)They was compassionate and were completely understanding and more than happy to help me with the various questions i had via telephone and email. They are also very responsive, with me recieving replies to my emails the same day which to me is a massive positive especially with such sensitive situations communication is key. I was fortunate to receive the answer me and my family have been praying for and it was thanks to these people. The email i recieved with the results explained everything perfectly in a way i could understand with the test sheet also attatched and for someone like myself with mental health issues i get stressed easily trying to understand most things this was a massive relief. I will be forever grateful and 1000% would recommend them.

Affinity DNA were informative through out the process with easy to read results at the end of it. The whole process from sending the swabs to receiving the results took 7 days.
