Paternity Testing Reviews for Cellmark

When the documents came back, there was no chain of custody attached. When we asked for them they could/would not provide them. Surely this means that there was no DNA sample taken from the other 2 people who were supposed to be tested.
Do not use this company they have caused us an unbelievable amount of stress, which is still ongoing.
I would give no stars if it was an option !!

When results were posted I called them and they got them emailed too! Results were what I was hoping for and even tho theres lots of technical info of numbers and letters that i didnt really understand, it was good to see it written in black and white that he was not the biological father

Got a paternity test from this company DNA@home and I had a few questions so I gave them a call. When I finally got through to someone I realized that the company was really called Cellmark. The person I spoke to was really rude and made me feel stupid. If I could give them no stars I would.

The last ten clients I’ve worked with I’ve encouraged them to have DNA testing with Cellmark – their service continues to be outstanding

Our solicitors recommended Cellmark to us and they had had experience with Cellmark for about four years. We were confident that our solicitors knew what they were doing so we went with their recommendation.

I wanted to recognise Cellmark’s customer service and their hard work

We ordered a paternity test from Cellmark and have just received the results -= they are the results we were hoping for! It will still take time to heal the rift in our family because this situation knocked us for six. Cellmark looked after us every step of the way and when there was a slip-up (our fault) they stepped in and resolved it. This is not an experience I would want to repeat but a professional touch is what we needed and this is what we got.

I did especially want to Thank the team who answer the telephones , they have given their all, and always polite and the best Customer Service we have ever known from an outside organisation.

I just found out that I’m the father, this is very good news, my head is spinning, in a good way.

May I take this opportunity to say how very pleased and impressed I am with this firm’s efficiency and professionalism, as well as their flexibility. I have been using a variety of different firms for DNA and drug and alcohol testing for years as solicitor for the local authority, before I found Cellmark, none of the others have the approach with all the staff members that I was seeking, or the speed at which they respond to queries, issues etc.. before I came across Cellmark.

Thank you Cellmark for their help in this matter. Previously, I had a thought that the cost of this DNA was expensive but recently when I’ve seen massive assistance and great customer service skills from their team, I think the price is well deserved.

Easy to buy but dealing with these people could be better they’ve had 24 hours to give me the results and I’m still waiting and I know there is red tape but they could manage me expectations better

This company’s service is efficient and friendly.
