Paternity Testing Reviews for That DNA Company

The DNA Company scammed me. They sent two DNA kits to me which I returned (with samples) and they maintained they never received them. They promised they would refund me if they didn’t receive the second sample and then ghosted me. I have two samples of my DNA floating around somewhere with all my personal details attached. I have never had any mail lost – not ever! How could two tracked courier packages be lost?

I would definitely recommend that dna company. The kit arrived with in a few days of ordering and had full instructions on how to take the samples inside. My results were ready 3 days after they received them, great service!

After finding out about a pregnancy of an ex of my son and realising a potential of two fathers i searched for a reputable company to get DNA test done and found That DNA Company who were the cheapest i could find (bearing in mind all others were well over £100), once made payment the sample kit arrived next day and once back with them they did as promised and got the results back to me within the four day turnaround , very impressed with the company and the people that i dealt with , i would highly recommend this company to anybody that is in the same situation.

I was a little concerned about choosing a DNA testing company for my paternity test based on price, but needn’t have been. Although you can pay extra for a quicker turnaround, I paid the standard £88 and it the speed was perfectly acceptable. I did not want to collect a saliva sample from the mother so only tested myself and my child, and That DNA Company was keen to stress that it would have been better to test all three, but I still gained the peace of mind I was looking for.

I read some positive reviews about That DNA Company, and was planning to use them for a paternity test, but unfortunately they do not operate outside of the UK. I’m currently an ex-pat based in France, but don’t want to use the local providers because although I have pretty good conversational French, the language around DNA paternity testing is so technical that I really want to go through the process in my mother tongue. I’ll keep looking!

They are a good fire-fighter, and a valuable asset.

The test from that dna company has been wonderful. My partner has wanted to know for 30years the truth of who his father was. The test was fast and accurate so although it wasn’t the result he was hoping for it gave him closer to move on with his life. Cheap and fast. Thats what we like :)

I’ve had a mixed experience with this company. The process was frustrating and I thought the whole thing was more complicated than it needed to be.

the dna test was fine and i got the result i wanted but was no end of bother getting the mother to sign. i found out too late that there are other dna tests where she doesn’t have to!
