25 years of pain and we now have closure, I wouldn’t have had the courage without DDC – I 110% recommend them

In this day and age, it is all too easy to write emails of complaint. I feel that praise and credit should be given where it’s due. I want to recognise DDC for superb customer service.

I had reached out to DDC during this upsetting time to assist me and answer my numerous questions about relationship testing. They have been very professional and courteous, and have gone out of their way to assist me. I really appreciate this. Due to illness in the family the race is on to confirm who my real Dad is, so that we can make peace in the family. I think that is perhaps why I have become so obsessive on getting the DNA test done ASAP. I cannot change the past or outcome, but I can have some control over ensuring the test kits arrived swiftly and they did.

It had been 2 years since I’d spoken to my last living grandparent so there was tension right from the start. Fortunately DDC had dealt with family tensions a million times before – I don’t know how we would have got through this without their help!

And most importantly, I now know who my real father was

I want to take the opportunity to thank you guys for the magic you give. I have very recently found that I have a Grandson.
